Sugarmaker’s Igloo Brunch 2026
Join us this winter for an intimate, maple-inspired five-course brunch — now with two ways to experience it! Enjoy brunch inside one of our six cozy igloos or at a farm table in our climate-controlled barn. Round up your closest friends or family members (six to eight seats per table) and prepare for the ultimate tree-to-table experience.
The menu is "chef's choice". Our chefs will impress your palates with their take on brunch utilizing locally sourced ingredients. We do not release menus in advance; the mystery is all part of the fun. Picky eaters not allowed, and we do not accommodate dietary restrictions (except for tree nut and shellfish allergies).
One bottle of NYS bubbly is included for a DIY mimosa bar. A cash bar will also be available with NYS beer, wine, spirits and KRF mead.

Attire: The igloos are heated but please layer to ensure your comfort
Price: $83 per person (private igloo) or $77 per person (barn table). Minimum six guests per table. Gratuity not included, all purchases are final.
