Dinner Under The Moon 2019
Join us on Thursday, August 8th for an intimate, farm-to-table, family-style dinner on the breathtaking grounds of Kettle Ridge Farm. The second Dinner Under The Moon of 2019, this 100-seat dinner will showcase the mid-summer bounty of small artisanal farms in our little corner of the world.
We’re very excited to announce that Chef Andrew Chambers will be at the helm for this dinner. Chef Chambers began working at an early age in his family’s vineyard in Penn Yan, where they grew table fruit grapes like Concord Niagara and other native varieties. A graduate of the College of Culinary Arts, Chef Chambers has worked at the Esperanza Mansion, served as the Executive Chef at The New York Wine & Culinary Center, and continuing to work with the beautiful Finger Lakes region, Chef Chambers became Executive Chef at Del Lago Resort and Casino in 2016.
The menu is "chef's choice"; Chef Chambers and his team will gather and prepare local, seasonal ingredients based on what is available the week of the dinner. The mystery is all part of the fun, and we guarantee to please a wide range of palates. The menu will be gluten-free friendly (not entirely, but a majority of the dishes will be gluten-free).

This is a BYOP event (Bring Your Own Plate) — we’d love for each of you to bring a piece of your home to the table, and we’d be happy to give it a scrub for you before leaving the farm.

Price: $125 per person. All purchases are final. In the event of rain, we will bump into the barn on site.
