Adopt a maple tree and become part of the maple syrup tradition at Kettle Ridge Farm!
Whether you'd like to give an adoption as a gift or come out to the farm with the whole family to learn to tap your tree, you will enjoy a delicious and educational relationship with your maple tree. We offer two different packages; (1) Adopt-a-Maple and (2) Adopt-a-Maple PLUS. See the details below. Your support allows us to fulfill our mission of providing local, natural products as part of a sustainable small-farm enterprise.
As part of the fun, the farm will be open for “Pancake Sundays” on nine consecutive Sundays, the first on January 7, 2024 and the last on March 3, 2024. Adopt-a-Maple PLUS participants are guaranteed a private igloo to dine in if they so choose.
Your adoption is active through December 31, 2024 at which point you will have the option to renew for the following year.
Adopt-a-Maple
(Great for out-of-towners, ships nationwide)
- Electronic gift certificate emailed to you after purchase (3-5 business days)
- One 375ml glass flask of pure maple syrup (ships April-June 2024)
- One 375ml glass flasks of coffee infused maple syrup (ships April-June 2024)
- One 375ml glass flask of bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup (ships April-June 2024)
- Official Adopt-a-Maple e-certificate including GPS coordinates & photo of your tree with custom emblem
If you purchase any add-on items (ie granola, extra syrup) as part of this order, they will ship with the Adopt-a-Maple package in the spring. *If you would like extra products to ship ASAP, please place an entirely separate order*
Adopt-a-Maple PLUS
(Great for those looking for a unique outdoor experience)
- ALL FEATURES OF ADOPT-A-MAPLE
- Tour the sugarhouse & learn to tap your adopted maple tree in our sugarbush with our guides (SUNDAYS ONLY - tapping time slots begin 1/7/24 and end 3/3/24)
- Private igloo to dine in (1 hour max up to 6 people, barn seating also available)
- One pint of our almost-world-famous maple creemee ice cream (pick up the day of your tree tapping)

If this is a gift, you still need to select a date and time for your recipient. If your recipient is unable to attend the selected date, they will be instructed to contact us directly to reschedule.
